Is it possible to speak of a democracy, if

 

1% are running the banking system

1% are running politics

1% runs the educational system

1% runs the media

1% runs the military

1% runs health care

1% direct and fund science

1% takes care of religion

1% provide our amusement

1% runs the corporations

1% runs the food-chain

and 1% are making us feel safe (afraid)

Less than 1% of the worldpopulation own more than 98% of the global wealth.

 

1% of the global population is 75.000.000 people
